Study of a new drug for hard-to-treat autoimmune hemolytic anemia
Part of Blood & lymphatic, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.
This trial tests a new medicine for people with autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) that has not improved with standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can help control the disease and improve red blood cell counts.

This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called CAR T-cell therapy that targets two markers on your immune cells (CD19 and BCMA). It is for people with autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) who have already tried at least 3 standard treatments without success.
This study tests an experimental cell therapy called YTS109 for people with autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) or Evans syndrome that has not improved with standard treatments. The goal is to see if this therapy can help control the anemia and reduce the need for ongoing treatments.
This trial tests a new type of cell therapy (called CAR-T) for people with autoimmune hemolytic anemia or Evans syndrome that has not improved with standard treatments. The goal is to see if this therapy can control the condition and reduce the need for ongoing immune-suppressing drugs.
This trial tests a new cell treatment called YTS109 for people with autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) that has not improved after several standard treatments. The goal is to see if this treatment can help control the disease.
