This study looks at how a type of fat called stearic acid (found in foods like cocoa and animal fats) affects gut health and bile acids in postmenopausal women. You will eat provided meals and take a small pill, then collect stool samples to help researchers understand changes in your gut bacteria.
This study looks at how a type of fat called palmitic acid affects the way your blood vessels work. If you have obesity and are young (18–40), this trial may help understand early changes in your blood vessel health.
This study tests how your blood fat levels respond to changes in the types of nutrients you eat (carbohydrates, fats, and proteins). It may help researchers understand what dietary patterns best affect heart and metabolism-related blood measures.
This study examines how different types of dietary fats influence the bacteria in your gut and how your body processes nutrients. By participating, you'll help researchers understand the link between fat intake and digestive health in healthy adults.
This study tests whether a special type of fatty acid (oleic acid) can change how the body handles cholesterol in women with obesity who are having weight-loss surgery. It will help researchers understand if this nutrient can improve cholesterol metabolism and reduce insulin resistance.
This study looks at how different diets (vegan, carnivore, or mixed) affect cholesterol and heart health. If you've been following one of these diets for at least 6 months, you might be able to help researchers learn more.
