Targeted therapy for HER2-positive breast cancer before surgery
Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.
This study tests a new type of targeted therapy called an antibody-drug conjugate for HER2-positive breast cancer. It is given before surgery to shrink the tumor and may improve chance of cure.

This study tests whether giving two drugs (SHR-A1811 and pertuzumab) before surgery can shrink HER2-positive breast cancer tumors. It aims to see if this combination improves treatment outcomes for patients with stage II or III disease.
This trial tests a combination of three targeted drugs (trastuzumab, pertuzumab, and tucatinib) without chemotherapy before surgery for HER2-positive breast cancer. It aims to see if this approach can shrink tumors effectively while avoiding chemotherapy side effects.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs, trastuzumab deruxtecan (SHR-A1811) and pertuzumab, given before surgery to shrink HER2-positive breast cancer. It is for women with stage II or III breast cancer who have not yet had treatment and are in good overall health.
This trial tests a combination of three HER2-targeted drugs with a CDK4/6 inhibitor before surgery for breast cancer that is both HER2-positive and ER-positive. It aims to see if this approach shrinks tumors more effectively and is safe.
This trial tests a new combination of two targeted drugs given before surgery to shrink HER2-positive breast cancer. It may help make surgery more successful and reduce the chance of the cancer coming back.
