This study checks if a skin sensor can accurately measure oxygen levels in the blood of children in the intensive care unit, compared to standard blood tests. It may help reduce the need for frequent needle sticks.
This study looks at whether changing the position of the pulse oximeter clip on the finger every so often can help prevent skin injuries (like pressure sores) in ICU patients. It is for adults in intensive care who are deeply unconscious and will be there for several days.
This study tests a soft silicone sensor to protect the delicate skin of moderately premature babies while they are monitored in the hospital. If your baby was born a few weeks early and needs hospital care, this sensor might help prevent skin irritation.
This study tests a new soft monitor that uses light to check oxygen levels in your baby's belly, without needles or blood draws. It could help doctors keep a gentle watch on your baby's oxygen levels and find problems early.
This study checks how well a new Owlet sensor measures oxygen levels in newborns. It is for babies who already have an arterial line in place for routine blood tests.
This trial tests a new type of oxygen monitor (pulse oximeter) in babies under 1 year old. It helps doctors better track oxygen levels in critically ill infants to improve care.
