This trial tests a new approach for rehabilitation after an upper-limb amputation to help improve your ability to intentionally control a prosthetic and regain a sense of position (“proprioception”). You may be considered if you are planning an elective upper-arm or below-elbow amputation and can safely have surgery and follow up closely.
