Eszopiclone for sleep and blood pressure in insomnia with high blood pressure
This trial tests if a sleep medication (eszopiclone) can lower blood pressure in people who have both insomnia and high blood pressure. You may qualify if you have trouble sleeping and your blood pressure is not well controlled despite treatment.

Rescue medicine trial for sleep apnea after other treatments fail
This trial studies a “rescue” set of medicines for obstructive sleep apnea when two common treatments haven’t worked well enough. If you still have frequent breathing pauses during sleep, the study may test whether these medicines can reduce them and improve safety and symptoms.

Surgery study for sleep apnea when CPAP won’t work
This Phase 2 trial tests whether a specific type of palate surgery can treat moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea in people who cannot tolerate CPAP (a breathing mask). It also checks patient traits (based on sleep testing) to see who is most likely to benefit from surgery.
