  • You are between 30 and 75 years old
  • You have both insomnia and high blood pressure treated with medication
  • Your blood pressure is between 130-160 (top number) and 80-100 (bottom number)
  • Your BMI is less than 40
  • You are not currently taking common sleep medications (like Ambien or Valium)
  • You do not work night shifts
