Who can take part
- You need a second (or later) donated stem cell transplant because your first transplant didn’t provide enough lasting blood cell recovery, based on your transplant doctor’s assessment
- A suitable donor graft must be available (related matched, unrelated, or—under specific rules—cord blood)
- You must be able to take part at age 0–55, and your health and activity level should be acceptable for the study (performance status)
- You can give voluntary written consent (or a parent/guardian can, if a child)
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
- You must not have uncontrolled active infections, HIV, or prior radiation that prevents a safe extra 200 cGy of whole-body radiation
