Who can take part

  • You have a non-cancer disorder that can be treated with a donor stem cell transplant
  • Your non-cancer disorder is clearly diagnosed, or it is unclear but genetic testing did not find a specific cause (approved by the study doctor)
  • You are under 50 years old
  • You have a donor option: a close match (HLA-matched related or unrelated) with specific matching rules (or a small, allowed mismatch)
  • Your donor stem cells meet study target counts (bone marrow or blood stem cells, if used)
  • You do not have major heart, lung, or kidney problems and you are not actively sick with certain infections
