Who can take part
- You must have taken part in one of the parent studies listed for this trial
- You currently have a working islet transplant (no transplant failure) and you need anti-rejection medicine
- You must be able and willing to continue effective birth control during the study and for 4 months after stopping
- You must be able to understand and sign written informed consent
- You should not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy during the study or for 4 months after stopping
