Who can take part
- Be age 35 or older
- Have symptoms that gradually worsen and fit “possible” or “probable” PSP
- Have a study partner or informant who knows you well and can describe your day-to-day functioning
- Not have another brain disease that could explain your symptoms (like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, or frontotemporal dementia)
- Be able to safely do an MRI (no metal/pacemaker in the head and not extremely claustrophobic)
- Not be pregnant or breast-feeding, and be willing to consent to research
