Who can take part

  • Be age 35 or older
  • Have symptoms that gradually worsen and fit “possible” or “probable” PSP
  • Have a study partner or informant who knows you well and can describe your day-to-day functioning
  • Not have another brain disease that could explain your symptoms (like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, or frontotemporal dementia)
  • Be able to safely do an MRI (no metal/pacemaker in the head and not extremely claustrophobic)
  • Not be pregnant or breast-feeding, and be willing to consent to research
