- You have been diagnosed with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder
- You live in the community (outpatient), not currently admitted as an inpatient
- You are 18 years old or older
- For at least 3 months, you have taken clozapine twice a day at the same dose—one dose is in the evening or at bedtime
- You can read and speak English well enough to consent in writing
- You do not have serious medical or neurological illnesses that could interfere with the study
