Who can take part
- You have a single-ventricle heart condition with heart failure, and surgery is planned (either Glenn stage 2 or Fontan stage 3)
- An ultrasound of the heart shows an ejection fraction (EF) of 55% or less

- No history of cardiogenic shock (life-threatening heart pumping failure)
- No life-threatening rhythm problems or severe uncontrollable irregular heartbeat
