- You are 18 years or older
- You have symptoms of heart failure
- Your ECG shows a “wide” electrical signal (QRS over 120 milliseconds)
- Your heart pumping strength is low (ejection fraction under 40%)
- You are not currently on the best available heart failure medicines
- You are not pregnant and you can give consent
