Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a confirmed diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is not squamous (a specific cell type).
  • Your cancer must have spread to the brain, and you must have at least one brain tumor that has not been treated with radiation or has grown after radiation.
  • You cannot have had any previous cancer treatment for advanced or metastatic disease, and you must not have certain genetic changes (like EGFR or ALK) in your tumor.
  • You should have a performance status of 0 or 1 (meaning you are fully active or able to do light work).
  • You need to have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, blood counts) and no other serious medical conditions (like uncontrolled heart disease, active infections, or lung disease).
