- You can understand the study and sign written consent
- You are 18–70 years old
- You have severe vision loss in both eyes
- You have been blind for more than 12 years in your life
- You have no history of stroke, seizures, bleeding problems, heart rhythm issues, or major lung/liver/kidney disease
- You can complete the study for at least 3 months (up to 6 months)
