  • You can understand the study and sign written consent
  • You are 18–70 years old
  • You have severe vision loss in both eyes
  • You have been blind for more than 12 years in your life
  • You have no history of stroke, seizures, bleeding problems, heart rhythm issues, or major lung/liver/kidney disease
  • You can complete the study for at least 3 months (up to 6 months)
