Who can take part
- You have CD22-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
- You had an allogeneic stem cell transplant for ALL from any donor type.
- You are between 40 and 100 days after transplant, and you must start the first dose by day 100.
- You must have one of these situations after transplant: minimal residual disease within 45 days, 2nd or 3rd remission, reduced-intensity treatment, relapse/refractory, Philadelphia-like ALL, or lymphoid blast phase of CML.
- Your donor cells are present in the blood (donor chimerism); the trial uses a higher cutoff for Phase 2.
- Your body is strong enough for treatment: ECOG is below the limits, blood counts are adequate (ANC > 1,000 for 3 days and platelets stay >50,000 for 7 days), and you can follow the visit schedule.
