Who can take part

  • Age 1 to under 18 years
  • Your ALL must be a first relapse of the “HR” or “VHR” type, as defined by the study, and your tumor cells must be CD22-positive
  • Bone marrow must have at least 5% leukemia cells
  • Your liver, kidney, and bilirubin blood tests must be within allowed limits before starting
  • Your heart function must be strong enough (shortening fraction at least 30% or ejection fraction over 50%)
  • You cannot have certain prior treatments or conditions (like prior transplant for ALL or CAR T therapy), and infections must be controlled
