Drug combo for B-cell leukemia that returned after transplant

Who can take part

  • You are between 14 and 65 years old.
  • You have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia or lymphoma that is CD22-positive (a protein on the cancer cells).
  • You had a stem cell transplant from a related or unrelated donor, and the cancer came back afterward.
  • You are not currently having severe graft-versus-host disease (GvHD), liver GvHD, or a history of liver vein blockage.
  • Your kidneys work well enough (creatinine clearance at least 50 mL/min).
  • Your liver function is mostly normal (ALT and AST no more than 3 times normal, bilirubin no more than 2 times normal).
  • Your heart pumps at least 50% of blood out each beat (echocardiogram).
