Who can take part

  • Your cancer must have a specific protein (GPC3 or mesothelin) on its cells (your doctor can check this).
  • You must be in good enough health to have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood counts should be working well enough.
  • You must not have had gene therapy in the past.
  • You must not have serious active infections, including hepatitis B, C, or HIV.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you cannot be taking high-dose steroids.
