Who can take part
- You are 18–80 years old and have a past traumatic brain injury (TBI)
- You currently have ongoing symptoms such as thinking/memory problems, emotional changes, headaches, or other TBI-related complaints
- Before your TBI, you did not have major brain/mental health or active substance abuse problems
- You can safely get MRI and PET scans (you can lie still; no pregnancy; no certain metal/implants)
- You are not enrolled in another experimental treatment study in the last 30 days, and you can complete the study
