Reducing total body radiation for children with leukemia transplants

Who can take part

  • Age 1 to 25 years for the treatment part (observational may include more cases)
  • You must have B-ALL that is in remission (CR1 or CR2) before the transplant
  • Your leukemia test (NGS-MRD) must be negative before the transplant for the treatment part
  • No prior allogeneic stem cell transplant before this study
  • Your transplant plan must be a myeloablative transplant (less intensive conditioning may be observational only)
  • You must have healthy enough lungs, kidneys, heart, and liver for transplant chemotherapy
