Who can take part
- You must be able to have the FLT imaging test without sedation
- Your age is over 4 and under 80, and you are at high risk for transplant graft failure
- You have a transplant planned or already happened, and you are in remission before the transplant
- You (or your guardian) can give informed consent and can follow study steps
- Your overall health/strength score is above 60% (Karnofsky or Lansky score)
- Recent allergy to fluorothymidine is not allowed
