Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a type of blood cancer (like AML, CML, MDS, MPN, ALL, or lymphoma) that is under control (less than 5% blasts in bone marrow or in remission).
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys work well enough for a transplant (heart pumps at least 50%, lungs function at least 50%, liver and kidney numbers in range).
  • You have a suitable donor: a matched sibling, an unrelated donor that matches at least 7 out of 8 HLA markers, or a half-matched family donor.
  • You have not had a stem cell transplant before.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control for at least 12 months after transplant (for men) or 12-24 months (for women).
