Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older
- You had an ischemic stroke (a “blocked blood vessel” stroke) confirmed by brain imaging
- Your stroke happened within the last 3 months
- Before starting prevention medicines, you had an MRI scan using a special sequence (SWI) that showed at least one cerebral microbleed
- Your stroke severity at the start was mild to moderate (NIHSS 10 or less)
