Who can take part
- You must have confirmed CD19+ BCR-ABL1–positive leukemia (B-ALL, mixed phenotype acute leukemia, or CML in lymphoid blast crisis with at least 5% leukemia blasts).
- Your BCR-ABL1 test must be positive (for example by FISH, chromosome test, or blood test for p210/p190).
- If you are here for the dose-escalation part: you must not be suitable for or willing to take standard intensive induction chemotherapy.
- If you are age 18+ and in the dose-expansion part, age alone can make you eligible even if intensive induction isn’t suitable.
- You must have reasonable blood counts/organ function (kidney, liver/pancreas tests) as defined by the study limits.
- If you can become pregnant (or someone could become pregnant with your partner): you must use effective birth control during the study and for 30 days after.
