  • You’re 19 years old or older
  • You have a chronic total blockage in at least one main heart artery (blood vessel diameter at least 2.5 mm)
  • You have heart symptoms like chest discomfort/angina or objective evidence of reduced blood flow to the heart
  • You can (or your representative can) agree to the study and sign consent for follow-up
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding
