Who can take part
- You have AML, ALL, high-risk MDS (RAEB), MPAL, or certain CMML, based on specific lab/diagnosis categories
- Your leukemia is in one of these states: measurable residual disease in first remission, relapsed after remission, not responding to treatment, or evolved from another blood disorder
- You are age 18 to 75
- Your body needs to be strong enough: blood counts suitable (blast count usually under 10,000), good kidney and liver function, and good performance status (ECOG <2 or KPS ≥70)
- You must not have uncontrolled infection or major organ problems, and you must meet heart/lung/liver safety tests
- You need a matched related donor stem cell transplant, with specific HLA matching rules
