Who can take part
- You are over 18 years old
- You have 1 to 3 brain metastases (or you previously had one removed and have 1 to 3 left), and fewer than 4 total
- Your brain lesion(s) are between 5 and 30 mm in size
- Your scan shows a bleeding signal inside the tumor (not just general bleeding in the brain)
- The tumor is not in the brainstem and there is no tumor spread into the lining of the brain
- Your overall health is good enough for treatment (performance status 0–1) and your expected survival is over 6 months
