Who can take part
- Be age 25 to 75
- Have chronic cluster headache, or episodic cluster headache that keeps returning and is expected to continue
- Your headache attacks must respond to oxygen
- Be able to understand the study and sign consent, and agree to follow all rules
- Agree to pause preventive and “rescue/abort” headache medicines (except oxygen) around the dosing time, plus stop certain psychiatric and other substances as instructed
- You must not drive or use machines for 24 hours after the LSD/placebo dose
