  • You are a man, age 18 to 75
  • You have prediabetes or type 2 diabetes based on blood sugar tests (or HbA1c/fasting/post-meal glucose in a specific range)
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 25 or higher
  • Your blood test shows low testosterone (hypogonadism) and you have confirmed lab results
  • You cannot change your usual diet and physical activity during the study
