  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 30 and 45.
  • You have a fatty liver condition (MASLD) without advanced scarring.
  • You have signs of insulin resistance, like prediabetes or high fasting insulin.
  • You have not had bariatric surgery in the past year (like gastric bypass or sleeve).
  • You do not have diabetes, heart disease, or other serious health problems.
