Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have advanced cancer (cancer that has spread or can't be completely removed) that hasn't responded to standard treatments.
- You are able to do your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG performance status of 0 to 2).
- You have at least 12 weeks of life expectancy.
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and blood clotting tests are within acceptable ranges (the trial team will check these).
- You have not had cancer treatment (like chemo, radiation, or major surgery) in the last 4 weeks, and any side effects from earlier treatments are back to mild or normal.
