Cell graft for severe damage to both eyes’ surface

Total Bilateral Limbal Cell Deficiency

This Phase 1/2 trial tests a treatment made from your own mouth tissue cells to help regrow the front surface of the eye when both eyes have severe limbal stem cell deficiency. If you qualify, you may receive an autologous (made from your own tissue) cell sheet to improve eye healing and vision.

  • Your vision is very reduced (less than 2/10 or similar score)
