  • You’re 18 years or older (able to consent).
  • If you’re able to become pregnant: you’re not pregnant and you will use reliable birth control during the study (and follow the study rules).
  • If you’re male: you agree to use birth control or abstain starting on the dosing day and for at least 7 days after.
  • You can follow all study visits and instructions, including eye imaging (fundus photographs).
  • You’re willing to sign an informed consent form.
  • You have a current history of a retinal or choroidal blood-vessel condition (at least 5 people are being enrolled with these conditions).
