  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • Your condition must meet your clinic’s standard definition for essential tremor
  • You must be able to get deep brain stimulation according to your hospital’s safety rules (DFU)
  • You must not have any listed “do not use” (contraindication) reasons in your hospital’s DFU
