Who can take part

  • You have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by pathology (biopsy/surgery report).
  • You are 18 or older, and you’re well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–1).
  • Your tumor has a known EGFR mutation (or a blood test shows it) using a certified (CLIA) lab.
  • Your cancer has measurable spots on scans, and you’ve had recent imaging showing progression (or in some groups, response) within the past 30 days.
  • You must be currently taking osimertinib 80 mg daily and be able to swallow oral study drugs.
  • You must meet recent blood/liver/kidney lab thresholds and be willing to provide fresh or stored biopsy tissue.
