Who can take part

  • You have a blood cancer (AML, ALL, CLL, or certain lymphoma types) and are planning an allogeneic stem cell transplant
  • Your tissue type includes DPB1*04:01, and the donor is DPB1*04:01 negative (cord blood has specific matching rules too)
  • Your transplant plan uses either donor stem cells from blood (PBSC) or bone marrow (PBSC donor must be able to use G-CSF to collect cells)
  • You are 18 to 75 years old, and your cancer was in complete remission or shows enough response before transplant
  • You are well enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–2 or Karnofsky score over 60%) and have adequate blood counts
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must agree to contraception if applicable
