- You have a high-risk blood cancer (like leukemia, lymphoma, or myelodysplastic syndrome) that hasn't responded to other treatments or has come back.
- Your stem cell donor is a blood relative and can be a full match, partial match, or half match.
- You are able to perform daily activities with little help (ECOG score 0-2).
