Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older, and you can sign consent (or a legal decision-maker can).
  • Your spine cancer spread has been confirmed on CT, MRI, or a bone scan.
  • Your pain in the middle (thoracic) or lower (lumbar) spine is significant (pain score at least 2/10).
  • You can travel for scheduled visits and follow the treatment plan; no other issues prevent follow-up.
  • Your expected survival is more than 6 months, based on the study doctor’s judgment and a prediction tool.
  • You have no blockage/pressure on the spinal cord or warning signs of an impending spinal cord problem.
