Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a diagnosis of pure autonomic failure, or autonomic failure with possible Parkinson disease, multiple system atrophy, or dementia with Lewy bodies
- Your doctor’s exam confirms the specific clinical diagnosis category for the study
- You can give informed consent and follow all study instructions, and you can communicate with the research team
- You are not pregnant (and pregnancy is ruled out before MRI in this study)
