Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and have had a hematopoietic stem cell transplant
- You currently have neutropenic fever: fever meeting specific temperature rules with very low neutrophils (ANC) or ANC expected to drop soon
- Your fever has gone away (temperature below 37.5°C) for at least 72 hours
- You can give informed consent to join the study
- You do NOT already have a confirmed bloodstream infection, skin/soft tissue infection, pneumonia, or a catheter-related infection
