Who can take part
- You’re 18 years or older.
- You have one of these advanced cancers: TNBC breast cancer, lung adenocarcinoma (NSCLC), endometrial cancer, or high-grade serous ovarian/fallopian tube/primary peritoneal cancer.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after prior treatment, and you’ve had limited lines of systemic cancer therapy (not many different treatments).
- Your tumor tissue sample can be tested for “FR-alpha” using a lab test (IHC); the sample must be usable for testing.
- Your overall health labs are acceptable: heart/liver/kidney function and bone marrow counts meet trial thresholds.
- You must be able to come off prior cancer medicines for the required washout time before starting this study.
