Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and agree to the study after an informed consent discussion.
  • You must have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (metastatic or not suitable for curative treatment).
  • Your tumor must have an EGFR-activating mutation, and exon 20 insertions are not allowed.
  • You need to be well enough for treatment (performance status 0–3) and expected to live at least 12 weeks.
  • You must have measurable tumors on CT or MRI that can be followed over time.
  • You must be able to receive second-line chemotherapy (and meet the timing/platinum+pemetrexed requirements based on when you enroll).
