Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have multiple myeloma with the t(11;14) genetic change confirmed by a local test (FISH) on a bone marrow sample.
  • Your myeloma must have come back (relapsed) and/or not responded well to treatment (refractory) after at least two prior treatment “lines,” and it must be resistant to or not suitable for IMiD, proteasome inhibitor, and anti-CD38 treatments.
  • You must have measurable myeloma activity in the last 4 weeks, such as abnormal blood/urine proteins, high free light chains, enough cancer cells in marrow, or clear spots on PET/CT or MRI.
  • Your blood counts and organ function must meet minimum levels (for example, neutrophils and platelets) and you must be well enough for treatment (ECOG 0–3).
  • You must be able to swallow tablets and take required supportive medicines (especially anti-nausea meds).
