Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have multiple myeloma that has come back or is not responding to at least one prior treatment.
  • You must have measurable disease (for example, a certain level of M-protein in blood or urine, or a visible plasma cell tumor).
  • You cannot be allergic to or have had a severe reaction to an anti-CD38 antibody drug.
  • You cannot have had an anti-CD38 therapy (like daratumumab or isatuximab) within the last 6 months.
  • Your heart, liver, kidney, and blood cell counts must meet minimum requirements.
