- You have been cancer-free for at least 6 months after your first radiotherapy course
- Your recurring nasopharyngeal cancer has been confirmed by pathology as non-keratinizing nasopharyngeal carcinoma
- Your recurrence is localized and can likely be fully removed (it must meet specific size/location and lymph-node limits near major structures)
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You can sign informed consent and agree to follow study procedures
- You do not have major limitations in daily function (Karnofsky score must be above 70)
