Who can take part
- You have non-keratinizing nasopharyngeal carcinoma (WHO type II or III), not keratinizing or basal types.
- Your cancer stage at diagnosis is stage II–III (T1-3 N1-2 M0 or T2-3 N0 M0).
- You are age 18 to 70, and can do daily activities with a score of 70 or higher.
- After 3 cycles of induction chemotherapy (GP), your tumor response is complete or partial (CR or PR), not stable or progressive.
- After those 3 chemotherapy cycles, your EBV blood test is at 0 copies/mL (it must go down to zero).
- Your blood and organ tests are within limits (bone marrow, liver, kidney), and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
