Who can take part
- You have nasopharyngeal cancer that has spread to distant parts after 3 months of radiation and local treatment isn’t possible
- You have at least one measurable spot of cancer that doctors can track on scans
- You’re age 18 to 70, and your health status is good (ECOG 0 to 1)
- Your expected survival is at least 3 months, and you can give informed consent
- Your blood counts and organ tests are high enough to safely receive treatment (white blood cells, neutrophils, hemoglobin, platelets, and liver/kidney function)
