Study of T-DXd with immunotherapy for early breast cancer

Breast Cancer, Estrogen Receptor-PositiveHER2 Low Breast Cancer

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of two drugs, T-DXd (a targeted therapy) and an immunotherapy, before surgery for people with early-stage breast cancer that has low levels of HER2 and is hormone receptor positive. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink the tumor or eliminate cancer cells before surgery.

T-DXd for Advanced HER2-Positive or HER2-Low Breast Cancer

This trial is studying a drug called T-DXd (trastuzumab deruxtecan) for Chinese women with advanced breast cancer that has a certain protein (HER2) either in high or low amounts. It aims to see how well the drug works in real-world settings.

T-DXd vs CDK4/6i plus hormone therapy for advanced HR-positive, HER2-low breast cancer

This trial compares two treatments for advanced breast cancer that is HR-positive, HER2-low or ultralow, and a non-luminal subtype. It tests if a targeted antibody-drug conjugate (T-DXd) works better than the usual first-line therapy combining a CDK4/6 inhibitor with hormone therapy. This study is for people who have not had any treatment for advanced disease.

NCT06837792Recruiting· Phase 2
T-DXd vs hormone therapy for HER2-low advanced breast cancer

This trial compares a targeted antibody-drug conjugate called T-DXd against standard hormone therapy for women with HR+, HER2-low advanced breast cancer that has progressed after first-line endocrine therapy plus a CDK4/6 inhibitor. It aims to see if T-DXd works better than continuing hormone therapy alone.

T-DXd with brain radiation for HER2+ breast cancer

This trial tests a new combination of a targeted drug (T-DXd) with brain radiation for women with breast cancer that has spread to the brain and is HER2-positive or HER2-low. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and works better than radiation alone.

T-DXd plus hormone therapy for HER2+ breast cancer

This trial tests a drug called T-DXd (a targeted chemotherapy) combined with hormone therapy for people with HER2-positive and hormone receptor-positive advanced breast cancer who have not had prior treatment for their metastatic disease. It includes an upfront phase, a maintenance phase, and a retreatment phase to see if restarting T-DXd is effective.
